Drop Off Location – Departures Terminal
Click “Ticket Lobby”. The yellow highlighted area is where all outbound passengers are checked in at the appropriate ticketed airline.
Pick Up Location – Arrivals Terminal
Click “Ground Transportation Pick up”. The red highlighted area is designated for all ground transportation pick ups. As areas for pick up will vary based on shuttle equipment, please check with our office to ensure you are aware of current meet and greet location upon arrival to BUF.
